Ok so i wanna make sure when i start im on track 100%. Ive read alot of people doing both SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and drinking Laxative tea... do most people agree with both or more than another. Is it also ok to drink peppermint tea? I heard that was ok..... and do you suggest the P&B or just swf and laxative tea will do the trick?
