It wouldn't be about bad or good anymore it would be about keeping control of myself, you cant fast for all this time only to let yourself go back to what you once where, and I feel I'm being realistic in the fact that once tempted with all life has to offer if I'm not kept inline with a constant reminder that I would fall off the health wagon. Its about forming a habit of good eating which will not come easy for me.
