Im in the same boat... im gonna be starting the Master-Cleanse program and im a lil hesitant. i depend way too much on food and my body is telling me to stop. Im hoping that this is a spiritual experience for my mind and body. I love to eat healthy i admit it, my favorite section of a grocery store is the health food part! but I dont always act that way. i think part of it for me is my boyfriend, we eat out alot and i eat what he eats, even though i may like it I dont want that. So now ive ordered myself a copy of the book and cant wait to start. its hopefully gonna be a bright new begining!
