I'm so sorry boy - I'm on day 3 and feel really good. My "movements" are small, but I'm still passing (which is good thing). No - I'm not doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) but using the tea morning and night.

I am as toxic as anyone (borderline alcoholic) which is why I chose this route -- and on the advice of my doctor. I haven't had a single craving for coffee or alcohol (which amazes me).

I'm beyond thrilled with the results so far!
