Wow I'm at day 21 and I'm feeling great! I still have a lot of mucus (blowing my nose a lot), and I woke up this morning with asthma, which went away pretty quickly, but it indicates that I've got mucus in there as well to get rid of.

I'm also still passing stones and releasing a lot from the south pole.

I guess you only really realize how toxic you are when you've gone 21 days and you're still releasing! I wonder if 30 days will be enough.

Onward and upward!
