do NOT do the salt water flush if you're not going to be near a bathroom. I am not kidding-- you'll be in pain. My suggestion would be to wait until a weekend to try the salt water flush, because it does not agree with everyone and some people drop it altogether.

Since I don't want to get up 2 hours early just so I can be near a toilet, I've moved that part of the cleanse for when I come home from work and am going to be staying home. And really, I've only done the swf once or twice. It was not painful for me, but it's no joke- that salt water flush creates a *desperate* and immediate need to find a bathroom to call your own.
