Tried to post before but lost it!

So in a nutshell:

-down 10-12 lbs
-lotsa energy, even my lowest energy is same as my highest pre-fast
-dread SWF, I wake late, go to bed early, so havent done it today yet.
-feel soooooooooooo much better

Been dehydrating stuff and sealing it in a food saver.

I can't believe I MADE IT THIS FAR!!!!
