Brewers yeast has 6 grams of protien in a 2 tsp serving. I take it for all the B vitamins and other good stuff in it. Beans, grains and seeds are good sources of protien. If you are not a vegan, eggs are good. I raise my own chickens and turkeys. They are free range so the eggs are organic.
