Actually the bowel/colon cleanse is suppose to be before the liver flushes. The large intestines is teh same as the colon. If you have a good bowel movement every day, then I would recommend you doing a cleanse with Dr. Schultz formula #2. It is psyllium and clay.
If you are constipated, you can do Dr. Schultz colon cleanse with IF#1 to make you go, then add #2.
