EZ: I also repeatedly stated that a simple statment that "I don;t know" is perfectly acceptable response..no one choose that route.

Actually I have on several occasions admitted to not knowing, and being mostly ignorant when it comes to the details of physiology and micro-biology, but I am trying to learn, and to share what little I may have learned so for with anyone who wants to know it. I would very much appreciate it if you could present the information you have on the enzyme production and secretion, and the feed back mechanisms that control it. I for one am more than willing to admit I am ignorant of many many things, and the details of enzymes in the body is one of them. If you can help to change that, please do. Thank you, Mike
