You seem to be more interested in arguing than anything else. I am not. I am not here to "debate", but for health reasons.

I have stated the position of nutritional Science on enzymes and have provided you with a reference to look up.

If you attempt to understand nutrition purely by reading a textbook on physiology it is hardly surprising that you run into difficulties. It would be like trying to design a spaceship using Euclid as a reference. Very slow going.
