I am not stating "my beliefs" but nutritional fact. If you refuse to accept it because you need to understand how everything works at the level of minutae (which may be interesting but not necessary for health), then I can not help you.

I am quoting a Nobel-prize winning biochemist who is contradicting what you say based on your undergrad textbook of physiology.

If you disagree with him, or need clarification of his work, I suggest you get in touch with him.

BTW it is "pancreas" not "pancrease"
