All I know is that this is the first supplement I can say I've had noticeable results with. I used to catch every bug that came alone, even after dietary improvement and 2 years of Juice Plus, but in the last 4-6 months on EFL I haven't been sick once, even in the height of the flu season. On the one or two occasions I felt a sore throat coming on, I just took a tablespoon of Mesosilver and was symptom-free the next morning. Same for my kids. Hubby had pneumonia, but he doesn't always eat right and he just now started to take EFL. As for Sea Salt , I use Redmond's RealSalt.
