How do you eat your eggs? Raw? Runny? Hard?
I remember reading something on mercola.com about how some elements are not absorbed properly when cooked, or something to that effect. He advocated raw.

I myself don't mind the idea of raw eggs, but I think the sight and mouth feel would make me gag.

OH, and are eggs really alkalizing? I never heard that, but it would be great if they are...
