Look into Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Formula #1 (800herbdoc.com). I've been taking it for 3 years now - he had to take it for 10-12 years before his colon started working by itself. It will have you going to the bathroom after nearly every meal. It's herbs, not chemicals, and works great!
