You are not the only one lied and butchered by those criminals. This site is full of stories like yours. Common lie is that "your galblader was "diseased"", so it was "good" to cut it anyway. If you can sue them go for it, go for it. They usualy get you to sign papers which cover and protect their a*ses, no matter what they do. They can kill you and no one would be guilty for it, but you.
