The blood should replenish itself within a day or two from surgery. ill try and break this down. an adult female of average body wieght has about 10 pints of blood. and they take 1 pint (473 mil) when you donate blood. that blood replenishes itself within a week by itself.

the anesthetics would also be gone from the system by now. the blurred vision and paleness could be due to mineral or vitamens being low. Ive been pale(er) since surgery, and mild blurred vision. generally i do feel better since my surgery, and more energy etc. i am vegetarian (Vegan) and eat spinach, kidney beans, chick peas, bean sprouts, broccoli mainly . a good amt at lunch and dinner, and fruits for breakfast, it seems to help alot. although i dont have any type of caffein or alcohol, or refined sugars. the veggies are a great choice after surgery because ur digestive system can be kinda sluggish and theyre the fastest to digest. I dont have a prob w/ constipation, but those leafy green veggies should do the trick.

depending on her appitite and if shes pure vegetarian it would differ greatly on what advice id give. but if shes vegetarian like me (and i dont know if this is a recent change in diet) small meals more often are a good way to go w/ the veggies. lots of water 8-12 cups unless shes underweight.
