Hi, My mom is 55 yr old,under went gall bladder surgery( open method ) 4 weeks back. She is practising all the advices given by doctor post surgery like, intake of more fluids, reduced oil/fat consumption, regular walk etc. However she reports of following problems : 1. Difficult in bowel movement 2. Blurred vision 3. Reduced concentration while walking/crossing road. She has lost about 300 ml blood during surgery, because of which she looks pale and thin. Did any of you faced these problems? Please advice. I would like to know how she can replace the blood loss, to get back to her former healthy condition. Which vegetarian food will help? Kindly suggest. Thanks, Flutina
