Everyone is different as far as how long it takes for the surgery to take its toll. For me it took 2 years before I stated feeling funny. By 3 years I was feeling awful. I also felt good at 4 months, so by no means are you out of the woods. If make it 5 yrs w/o a problem then you're probably OK. I also do not have diarrhea, but I struggle with liver congestion, exhaustion, fatigue, lethargy, and oh yeah, tiredness. I really have to stay on top of things to remain at peak performance. Sometimes I simply can't handle the demands of work and I have to skip a day or two to recover. I also have a constant dull pain in the are of the GB. After flushes it feels better no doubt.
