Nice post! I had my GB out on 2/27 (open surgery)! Only missed 2 weeks work (I have a desk job). Still a little weak but getting stronger every day. My grandfather had his out in the 50's (about age 45 or 50) and lived to be 96 (drove his car til he was 95)! Hang in there everyone and make a well informed choice whatever you do.

BTW my GB was severly infected and waiting another day would have led to my death.
