Thank you Unadonna. I talked to two people tonight, one had the surgery 6 years ago and said it was the best thing he did. He does now and then eat something that sends him running to the bathroom and it could be anything, not necessarily fatty or dairy. Another person who had it hasn't had one problem and thought it was the best thing she ever did.

I'm still very confused in what to do, but I still haven't met with the surgeon yet and I look forward to reading more input.
