Try oil pulling. It may seem odd, but I have been doing it for a very short amount of time, and my gums are growing back, and my teeth are getting whiter. I'm totally amazed, and it's so easy to do. I was very skeptical, but thought, what the heck! My husband is having the same results, so I know I'm not crazy.

I would definitely take the sunflower oil over the sesame, unless you LOVE sesame oil. You have nothing to lose with this very easy therapy.
