It's funny (not really) that you mention you are intollerable of fruit. I know a lot of people around me tell me to eat salads, and raw veggies. I find, however, that I can't digest any of it! (steamed veggies are ok, but only if they are on the softer side). This is gross, but lettuce comes out looking the way it did going in, after a turbulant path through my body, of course. Makes it hard to go out to eat, and still eat healthy, eh?
