No, I found I can never get too much info on this stuff, there's always something new that I learn. I actually saw my doc today because my blookwork came back. No Pancreatitus, and no inflamed liver, that's good news. Actually the news I've been waiting for so I can have NO excuse not to do the flush... now to just get the coctail past the tastebuds... lol. I started taking a colon flush cleanser that includes all good things, no senna, all Psyllium and mint, and everything 've read here that helps. I also nabbed some fresh organic mint from my mother's garden, and knaw away. I've thought of chopping it up and blendin it in with some peaches and freezing it for a beat the heat treat (and it's good for you)!
Anyway, I told the doc that I still have the stabbing pain thru my right lung an out the side, and he did just what you said... handed me some Prilosec and told me my chelesterol was too high. I mean I'm not the best at staying away from the occasional cookie, but I eat much better then I used to. Tons of fresh fruit, very rarely red meat (like once every 3 months, and a small protion) and lots of fish and fresh steamed veggies. No better, No salt. In fact, I can't stand salt, now. I buy no salt items when I can, and no-fat or low fat if I eat something packaged (not common) What more can I do but to go head first into my flush.
Well, thanks for the support and letting me know I'm not alone. I'll let you know what happens after the flush. I just want to feel better, is that so wrong? I want to say bye-bye to the liver congestion I know I have, and cloudy head. Wish me luck, and away I go!!!
