First of all, I am sorry that you feel the way you do, but you have to do some things to help yourself feel better. Your Depression and "blues" will go away, without meds, if your liver begins to work better.
You have to make changes in your diet. You have to begin flushing your liver. There are links on this site for all of this information. I am a new person since I started flushing.
I just finished my 14th flush, on the 13th I got out several calcified liver stones . 14 was basically stone free for me, just a few of those bb size stones.
I have done every 4 week flushes for the last several months. I Will try to stretch it now to every 6-8 weeks.
I plan to flush a couple of times a year to maintain my liver being stone free. I know I will do this for life as I have a type 4 hyperlipidemia that predisposes me to fat and elevated cholesterol, and stone formation. I have had over 2000 stones come out of my that were garbanzo size or larger, most were dime and nickel size. I did not count the absolute thousands that were the bb size stones.
I did feel some relief of symptoms in the first few flushes, but it took about 5=6 to feel significant symptom relief. I was experiencing severe pain, indigestion, diarrhea and all of that after my gb was removed. I learned quickly that my doctor who did surgery on me lied to me that I would feel great after my gb was removed.
Everyone is different. I felt I needed to do 14 flushes. You might need to do just a few. My liver was packed with cholesterol stones. I don't know what is in yours.
BTW, my TG and cholesterol numbers are near normal now on labwork without cholesterol lowering medications. I was on zocar, lipitor, etc for over 15 years. Just another reason to clean out your liver and maintain your health.
