I knnow how you feel. I always feel so guilty the day after a binge.

I think maybe the first thing you should do is to try to find out why you're over-eating. Is there anything happening in your life that's stressing you out? For example, I always overeat if I'm having a hard time at work or if I've had an argument with my boyfriend.

Please don't give up on yourself. You can beat this but first you need to figure out why you're doing this.
