I have been overeating compuslively for the past few weeks. HOrribly over-eating and feeling miserable before, during and after the binges. I really need help! I am scared and alone. I would appreciate any guidance or hope or helpful insights/ words of wisdom. Please if any of you are suffering with this, please respond to my message. I need help!
