Thanks for posting Mannamaribeth,
I never heard of PLATEAUX, but did a search and read 'Susan's Story' at positivehealth.com (she weighed 12 "STONES" 10 pounds) and have a basic understanding of it now. I started to get serious about drinking more water and digestive health, but did'nt keep it up. I think now that I know more and am on this forum, I will be getting more serious because I always thought that diets were a sham and temporarily cosmetic at best.
