I dont have a big weight problem (yet), I'm 5'2 136+lbs, but I binge alot. I was throwing up for about 8 years as a way to fufill the need to eat all the time and to keep weight off. For the past 5 years I have been trying not to throw up, but I still do on a weekly basis. I've gained well over twenty pounds. I find it difficult to not want to eat junk food all day long.. I cant say long term any of this has worked, but (rx) welbutrin helps to stop the cravings and the feeling of hunger when your also either depressed or stopping smoking.. Also slim fast works but you do need to have a few months of will power to do it too. If you find something that is helpful let me know. I would love to hear about anythihng new to try. I just love to eat.. It is awful because it doesn't feel like any other disease or illness. YET IT IS>> good luck let me knoe what you find.
