Hi, I know how you feel, I gained about 90 pounds in the last three years, but I was able to lose about 40 so I am making progress. I think you just have to hit "rock bottom" before your ready to make the changes. My rock bottom came after I saw pictures of myself last summer, I honestly didn't recognize myself, it scared me to do something about it. Youll do it just have faith, southwestgirl
