Yes! Mono Sodium Glutumate; aka MSG.

I've since learned that it is in SO MANY FOODS, under so many different names.. (See http://www.msgtruth.org/whatisit.htm and http://www.truthinlabeling.org).

I helped myself by avoiding foods w/MSG and getting accupuncture, which has been INVALUABLE.
