LeeAnn, your story sounds like a nightmare. I believe the gangrene, necrosis can be solved with ozone therapy. A small ozone machine (~$220) with a teflon hose. put arm/hand in a air tight bag (a bread bag will work) and then slip hose inside. then let the ozone work. This activated oxygen will kill all bad bacteria and will bring life back to your hand. there are many testimonials of gangrene being cured this way. google search ozone therapy.
