I know how you feel so let me share with you what I have learned after stumbling on Curezone four months ago.
You can get almost instant relief for heavy periods with lemon water. The juice of one lemon per 1 liter of water daily made noticeable change in less than a month. It must be freshly juiced, bottled one does not work. Drink first glass of the day on an empty stomach in the morning and then as much as desired during the day.
Liver Flush to clear up the liver so it is able to deal with those excess hormones. Liver Flush Forum here on Curezone has been my lifeline those four months. It took me about 8 flushes to get to the point where my liver was clean enough to start working on the rest of the body. You may get there faster. I follow simplified Clark flush with just epsoms, olive oil and grapefruit juice. I will continue flushing as long as neccessary. There are many flush regimens, just pick one and do it.
Oil pulling - another great support forum here. Reading about the many different problems it helps with made me a believer. This is most recent addition, but anything that cleans the blood should help with those growths. It is surprisingly easy once you get used to it and will help with a number of minor ailments not related to fibroids as a bonus.
All the above is a lot less expensive than Vitälzym and I do feel a huge difference compared to the time before Curezone. Can't confirm with an ultrasound as I haven't had one in years. Stopped going to doctors when operation was touted as an only option.
There are certainly many other things that can be done, like cleaning up your diet, but you have to start somewhere. Good luck on your way to healing!
