Hi, newbie here.
I have had many fibroids, some the size of my fist, & have shrunk them naturally by reducing my environmental toxins, using progesterone, but I have noticed the biggest difference after taking Vitalzym - natural enzymes taken on an empty stomach. Much discussion from lots of fibroid sufferers at the vitalzym message board. I too have fasted, but the greatest improvment for me was the vitalzym. I could feel my external fibroids all around my naval, some were huge! Now I dont feel any fibroids.
