I have clinical Depression and panic attacks, so I will have to take these disorders as my priority. Fasting? I will have to put it off until I am totally stable mentally. Fasting tends to disrupt my electrolytes.

I started on higher dosage pancreatin enzyme. Three years ago my tumors were huge and they pressed against my intestines so I got constant gas, indigestion and no appetite. I started on prancreatin, it got better; then I started to drink kumquat tea [http://www.hort.purdue.edu/ext/senior/fruits/kumquat1.htm], it got even better. Now my indigestion is almost gone; but I increase the enzyme(strongest dosage) to 2 tablets between meals twice a day. (Google "enzyme" and "fibroids")
I will see what happens.

I also heard maitake tablets shrunk fibroids, but never tried.
