Funny you should mention that - i've suffered from intense insomnia since the age of 4 !!! I actually spent 3 whole weeks in a semi conscious state, only reaching level one of sleep when i was 16 years old. # weeks in a daze... Pretty funny to my friends... I didn't start sleeping through the night until my hubby-to-be started spending the nights with me. Still now at age 30, if i am kept awake past 10:30pm or am woken up in the middle of the night it takes me about 3 or 4 days to recover from the sleep disturbance.

In here, just jump over to the Fasting: Water Fasting Support Forum. Basically, only drink pure water for more than 10 days & the body goes into autolysis (self canabolism of anything that is not supposed to be there). Although my hormonal problems added a lot of excess weight, so the fast would not have worked so well in only the 18 days i did it (the body uses up fat before moving on...) I am eager for my ultrasound results. If the fibroid shrunk at all, i will work my butt off at the gym to get as lean as i can, then fast again.
