Everyday...and I mean EVERYDAY for months, I did a self-treatment with special attention to my uterus, hanging out with my hands on my lower abdomen while on the sofa....I spent a lot of time on the sofa at that time, because everytime I would stand up, I would flood and pass clots. I thought my insides were coming out....

Reiki is practiced all over the world. Especially in Europe, India and Australia (and US) I hope that you can find a class, I would highly recommend it.
