Don't worry about the vitamin C
leaching out other vitamins. That'a
a fallacy. Nor does lots of vitamin
C cause kidney stones. Another myth.
If mega-doses of vitamin C were
harmful, then I'd be a disaster area. I'm not. I'm in excellent
health and have been for a long time. I give the vitamin C much
of the credit.
