Hi Owen,
All sounds like pretty good advice.....though I have read that too much vitamin c can stop your body absorbing other vitamins, (which is a worry as I'm on a diet that sounds pretty similar to yours!).

Would you mind going into detail about which herbs you use for the colon cleanse?? I had a look for it on the web, and couldnt find any info!!
