Thank you so much for taking the time to give me all the instructions. My diet is really bad consisting of a lot of milk. sweets and unheathy foods. I especially like my cereal with milk in the morning. I will now eliminate all my fats, sweets, dairy products and unhealthy foods. Ik now it will be hard but I have to do this so I can feel better. I will let you know how i am doing. YO have given me hope. God Bless you.
