If not, I would definately look into his forum. He has several great books, The Amazing Liver Cleanse (it seems to be a much better approach than others I've read about). I have only done one so far and had not problems what so ever. He explains how toxins accumulate (fibroids) and that the root cause is Gallstones which cause a chain reaction within the body. His other book is Key to Health and Rejuvenation. It seems to me that cleansing (liver, kidney,bowel) is the starting point for any health program, but then is more to that, diet, etc. I think you will all like his forum as he considers more than just the physical symptoms.
