Yes, most Progesterone creme is at a very high dose( I have a friend who creates it and his is probably 1/3 potency of most)and the fatique is a side effect of the high dose--therefore, a pump of the high stuff ( I think they say 2x/day) would only be a 1/4 pump once a day for most--they won't tell you that, however. They find now it collects in the fatty tissues and most women are oversaturated! Good that you followed your own body's messages! I think the body fat loss is a good key for fibroids and health in general! Dr. Lee's book talks alot of the xenotoxins which are the environmental toxins we forget about...sit and read through it at a bookstore...very interesting!

I am on a homeopathic remedy and the jury is still out, but now the issue is not the fibroids but the ovarian cyst (started since the homeopathic and increased yoga...hmmm)...if it's not one thing, it's another! How did you do on the liver cleanse? I am nervous about doing it, so I am doing the Bowel Cleanse first (2-3 months) and maybe in time I will work my way to it...I think my system needs more support and building up first. I hear it wipes alot of people out for several days.

I did a vegetarian diet last year and got very sick and am still recovering in many ways...after 6 weeks, the detox was too much for my body and I could not get rid of the impurities fast enough, so my body was on toxic overload...I thought I would get over it, until my system went down for the count...quite the learning experience...that is why I tell people take it slow, unless they are in a major crisis, facing surgery. The detox people and books will never tell you this...that you can have an impaired detox effect and create more problems than you started with. I have read that to truly detox/cleanse a system, it can take years...I beleive it, as most things are stored in the fatty tissues and organs and it takes a long time to access and pull out.
