I read two of Dr. Lee's books and Dr. Northrup's book several years ago. I may need to go back and reread Dr. Northrup's book, since I read it before I started doing the liver cleanses.

I could not tolerate the progesterone cream. It made me feel sooo sluggish with even more brain fog. I still have some left over. I have tried the brand Dr. Lee recommends, then I tried another brand that was highly recommended by Dr. Wong and still had problems with it. I read on one of the Yahoo groups that some women had been having problems with the progesterone cream similar to what I had been experiencing.

I am also in the health care field and am very interested in holistic health.

I noticed this last cycle that I had the fewest clots in several years and my first 28 day cycle in probably well over a year (usually 22-24 days - yeck), but I had just finished a 10-day modified Master Cleanse and lost about 10 pounds (need to lose 20-30 more).
