Castrol oil packs, just as Liver Cleanses and all cleanses are but a part of the healing, for most, unfortunately. Check out Dr. Lee's book which is very complete and how to use progesterone (scan through it at book store or library and see if you relate to it)or the other book, as well I saw on the site. The magi herbs has a guy I have talked with and he is quite knowledgable (I'm in the health care field and know alot about holistic health) of his product and if you give him specifics of size and symptoms, he can tell you how long the product will take to work, if it will work at all. Remember, you are trying to shrink it and/or to control/relieve symptoms of excess bleeding, etc...it still may be with you until menopause, unless you want an embolization (new surgery, less invasive, for excess bleeding), etc. Don't worry about taking it out surgically, if you don't have to--just learn to live with it if it is not too troublesome. Mine came back after surgery, as fibroids are like seeds that sprout. I noticed on mine that when I gain alot of weight, they come out! Christine Northup has a wonderful book that all women should have called Womens Bodies, Womens Wisdom. It talks about what is going on at the energetic level of these fibroids, etc. She may also have a newsletter and new books on her website (do a search)Also finding a good alternative practicitioner and/or MD that can do hormone testing can be a key. It is not the typical hormone testing that MD's do. Great Smokies Lab does a lot of this testing and may have referrals to docs, etc in your area.
