The olive oil is part of a liver cleanse and is much more detailed...refer to the curezone under liver cleanse. Castrol packs are good as well for healing. I think doing herbs for the liver is a good start. Best to find a good alternative practitioner to help you with herbs and cleanse selections. Dr. John Lee has one of the best books out there to address fibroids, etc. and progesterone and lifestyle changes (very important), as it is an estrogen dominance disorder...I think it called something like "everything you need to know about the peri-menopausal years" (I loaned mine out) I have had both fibroids x10 yrs (which I have had vaginal surgery for bleeding, before I knew how to control with alternative ways), but now have a bleeding ovarian cyst. I found a commercial product called UR0 Clear (can find on the internet) pricy, but it has helped me with the symptoms of the ovarian cyst...supposedly fibroids as well...better than a surgery!! (no, I am not a distributor) Do an internet search on fibroids as well...a lot of information out there...more than MD's aware of!! I rarely visit this site, so good luck to all!
