It is interesting you say that grains are acid forming. Some of you know that I have faith in the Bible where bread is mentioned multiple times. I couldn't understand why grains were so bad for you if they were recommended in the Bible. Then I heard that man tampered with the genetic structure of wheat decades ago in order to make it resistant to insects. Need I say more?
