Acetic acid and Eggshells

2HAc (aq) + Ca(CO_3)(s) -----------> Ca (Ac)2 (aq) + H_2O(l) + CO_2(g)

because ACV is a weak acid, this takes a bit of time. Under stronger acid conditions

CaCO_3 + 2HCl → CaCl_2 + CO_2 + H_2O

Carbohydrates are not Oils in any context. And they are not considered the same under any conditions, by anyone with an iota of common sense

I will also point out the the idea of Complete complexed carbohydrate is nonsense. It seems +- has confused the term complex carbohydrate [used in reference to polysaccharides], and has twisted it into something outside of reality.

Complex carbohydrates are hydrolized into monosaccharides before they can be absorbed in the small intestine. This is done because the large macromolecules cannot pass through the intestinal epithelium

Before the food is passed to the small intestine, it is partially processed in the stomach in which stomach acids begin the process of digestion. This does not require alkali minerals, it is done by HCl.

It does not take alkaline minerals to break down fats, oils or carbohydrates. It is done by the stomach acid in and then after the acid is neutralized, the pancreatic enzymes and bile salts, and lipase in the intestine. The acid needs to be neutralized because enzymes are sensitve and will be inactivated under acidic conditions. So oils and fats are not carbohydrates in any form. And nothing forms a complete complexed carbohydrate. - no such thing.
We should also note that oils are fats that are liquid at room temperature. This is related to their intermolecular interaction and length of the R chains.

At this point there is no energy exchange, certainly there is no such thing as electromagnetic energy release. Electromagnetic energy occurs when and electric field couples with a magnetic field. They are perpendicular to each other and the direction of travel, and the energy is inversely proportional to the wavelength. Electromagnetic energy comes in many wavelengths, the more common names are radio waves, microwaves, infra red, visible light, ultraviolet, xrays and gamma rays.
The last three are harmful to cells.
