I thought the RDA was 800-1400 mg. That would be about a gram. 700 grams is more than a pound and a half.

This is correct. 1000 miligram = 1 gram, so 700 times the RDA is 560-980 grams (average 770g). In his wisdome MOrless is suggesting that women consume between 1.5-2 pounds of the stuff!!!

And then he compounds his mistakes by doing his usual number of misquoting other people in order to insult them and make his point. He writes

And you need to go back to math school, because one mg, is not one gram!

When faced with incorvertible proof that his is wrong; he backpedals, but still maintains his ridiculous position. He writes:

To be 700 times greater, does not need to be 1.5 pounds of Calcium!

Yes it does. 700 times the lower range is still 560g which is 1.23 pounds.

Can he at least attempt to make some sense?
