I empathise and agree with you almost entirely. I feel somewhat ashamed of my own species knowing that you have been attacked and ridiculed purely for offering your own opinion. I have experienced this first-hand, and it is highly advisable one simply sigh and turn away.

In my humble opinion health (the natural state) is balance. The fruits offered to us from above are composed of minerals, vitamins and enzymes in their perfect, natural ratios. Thus, it can easily be ascertained that our true, Divine state is nurtured by a combination of minerals: calcium and magnesium, for instance, along with phosphorus, potassium, sodium, iron, etc, etc., all in perfect BALANCE. But, what do I know...?
