No offense but I have specifically researched the calcium and mag relationship for years. I also converse regularly with a Dr. who is an MD. and ND a nutritionist as this is where I have learned most of my information.

Maybe you are the one who does not understand.

I hardly think that many Drs. MDs no less who have studued this for decades and done much research are wrong. Is that what you are saying? All the the research done by the many Drs. chemists, immunlogists, they are all wrong and you are right? Are you sure about that?

Apparently you have read a book or two and been lead to believe something else regarding the relationship of ca/mag. But just because you read it does not make it true.

And I have said before , I have suffered and made myself well. Since you cannot say the same and have not been ill with such devasting illness, maybe it is best to let us all have our say.

We all have valuable information to share, you are not the only one. And although you may be right about some things, I highly disagree about others.

And please stop contradicting yourself. You repeatedly tell people that to become alkaline they need everything balanced. Yet, you continue to promote calcium even when taken alone without its partner magnesium. That is a huge mistake on your part and dangerous business. Calcium and magnesium must be in sync. Yes calcium is alkaine , but it causes constriction. If you ever wind up in the Er having a heart attack from too much calcium hydroxide , you will see what I mean. The first thing they will administer is magnesium via drip.

I don't know what your credentials are to make suggesting that people are okay with high levels of calcium, out of whack with magnesium. But I hope you realize you could be causing some people harm.
